Niki Goldberg Reel

For nearly a decade, Niki has focused her career on early and growth stage companies beginning in recruiting. After a few years in this space and having studied finance in school, she decided to join Silicon Valley Bank’s (SVB) Early Stage Technology practice. Throughout her four+ years at SVB, she focused on venture debt lending to VC backed consumer and technology companies across various markets, teams, and verticals. As a result, she gained a strong understanding of early stage businesses and more importantly, what makes them successful—the people.

 

With this in mind and a desire to continue working with innovative early stage companies, Niki pivoted from banking these companies to recruiting for them. Over the last five years, she has focused on Executive Recruiting and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) across the country. Niki has worked with companies such as Headspace, i.am+, Sweetgreen, Hautelook, Inspire Energy, Steady, The Wall Group, and more. She has placed executives and key stakeholders in a variety of roles across many organizations and firmly believes a strong team is the driving force behind every successful company. 

Niki graduated from the University of Denver where she received her bachelor’s Degree in Finance. She currently lives in Denver,CO.
