We've thoughtfully designed a small, high-touch search firm to reinvent what it means to recruit and retain talent on behalf of our clients. Unlike traditional search firms, we take on less volume and have eliminated unnecessary operational and political inefficiencies, so we can focus 100% of our time on our clients. We believe simply placing someone in a role just to fill the role is short sighted, and while many partners and firms are encouraged to “close” searches, we are solely focused on finding the perfect fit. As a result, less than 1% of placements we have made collectively have required a replacement search – an exceptional metric and something we’ll strive to maintain moving forward.
